Government Boiler Upgrade Scheme

The Boiler Upgrade Scheme (BUS) will be open to properties located in England and Wales.
The government will provide upfront grants of £7,500* for the installation of air source heat pumps.
Eligible installations:
Homes and small non-domestic buildings on and off the gas grid.
Owner-occupiers, private landlords and people who build their own homes (custom-builds).
New buildings and social housing will not be eligible for support.
